Possible Immortality For Jack?

So in the newest trailer Jack narratives that he doesn't age anymore, and that time doesn't have meaning to him now from the side effects of time travelling. Should Jack get Type 1 Immortality now, or should we wait until the show airs?
 
We should wait until the show airs, i'm curious to find out how why he doesn't age anymore and what happened after episode 52.
