Possible Ditto Buff

By performing the Rage glitch in any Gen IV Pokemon game, Ditto has the potential to permanently learn any move (barring Struggle and Chatter, and moves introduced post-Gen IV) without the need to transform, with the assistance of Smeargle. The effects of this potentially add most or all abilities in the powersets of every Generation I through IV Pokemon (including gods like Dialga, Palkia, Arceus, and Mewtwo) to Ditto's powers and abilities. If the buff was to be added, then Ditto would belong in a very high tier on par with some of the more powerful Legendary Pokemon, even without its transformations.
