This isn't as much a discussion of power as much as it is a discussion of something that fits within power-scaling and can be added to X793 Mirajane and X793 Elfman's write-ups.
So when the 2 of them fight Lucy and her spirits (Loki and Virgo), it's pretty clear that Mirajane stomps Virgo, and Elfman overpowers Loki rather easily (about half of which is onscreen, while the rest is shown via the aftermath with Loki being beaten badly while Elfman is pretty fine). Not to mention, before the fight began, both Virgo and Loki heavily doubted they could beat Mirajane, even in a 3 on 1 (never mind that Elfman was there too).
Also, when Star Dress Fusion Lucy used that Virgo + Loki attack that one-shot Lisanna, Elfman and Mirajane were not that badly hurt by it, aside from some burns and scratches. Before you say that Lucy one-shot one of Metro's Golems that Mirajane couldn't hurt, remember that Mirajane was badly injured.
On a side note, this actually fits pretty well with the power-scaling, considering that Mirajane matched Skullion (who overpowered and defeated Devil Slayer Mark Gray, so base Satan Soul Mirajane > Devil Slayer Gray >> Base Gray >= Star Dress Lucy) and Elfman matched Madmole (who is equal to Base Natsu, who is considered above Star Dress Lucy and Base Natsu). Not to mention, both Skullion and Madmole are comparable to Kiria, who matched Base Erza and Base Natsu and is stronger than Dragon Force Wendy.
Since Lucy with the Star Dress is already a 6-C, X793 Mirajane and Elfman's tiers don't really need to be changed, but perhaps some stuff can be added like:
For X793 Mirajane:
Attack Potency: Island Level (When weakened, fought Gray alongside a weakened Elfman and put up an extremely difficult fight. Her Satan Soul Form fought and matched Skullion. Far stronger than Lucy's Celestial Spirits and Lisanna, and probably stronger than Lucy's Star Dress Fusion. Comparable to Elfman)
Durability: Island Level (Took hits from Skullion. Took a punch from Madmole. Was only slightly hurt by Star Dress Fusion Lucy)
For X793 Elfman:
Attack Potency: Island Level (Fought and matched Madmole. Far stronger than Lucy's Celestial Spirits and Lisanna, and probably stronger than Lucy's Star Dress Fusion. Comparable to Satan Soul Mira)
Durability: Island level (Took hits from Madmole. Comparable to Satan Soul Mira. Was only slightly hurt by Star Dress Fusion Lucy)
