Hello there! We all remember PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, do we? Despite its flaws, I've always considered it a very fun game with an interesting concept, but we aren't here to talk about that.
Today's subject is the final boss of the game, the Polygon Man!

This dude used to have a profile in the past, but it was deleted out of it having a poor formatting and some misconception regarding him being tier 2 (something something ED scaling to physicals and such).
But since he is a neat character overall, I wanted to resurrect him and provide a worthy file, and here's the current draft.

Almost everything looks simple and dandy, but the most puzzling matter is his tier, and it's not even about his cosmic ratings or scaling from canon characters. Basically, 2 options stand before us: Making him Unknown or 9-B.
This because, as you can see from his AP description, him and the PlayStation All-Stars do have some feats scaling from stage hazards such as the Iron Mad, the Hydra and the Metal Gear Ray and others, which can alter the background and attack the players, who in turn can survive such attacks, and the Polygon Man himself can turn into some of those.
After talking about those with Armorchompy, the verdict is that these feats are nearly impossible to calc, either because of weird perspective or other odd factors like the fact that the buildings in Columbia float in the air. And all the feats could very well fall within the range of 9-B+, since the explosions are small and the damage caused isn't that big. Even more unfortunately, the characters' prologues and endings are completely featless.

So, let me know your thoughts on which tier should Mr. Polygon Man should have, or if you have any better proposal.

The bridge feat is probably calculable but it would require someone booting up R&C and taking a bunch of pictures on that specific bridge or just assuming a certain length, it's just, eh

I suppose these lame feats can still be calculated as supporting feats. For the bridge feat, I agree with Armor's opinion.

The problem is exactly that they are all too weird to calc.

The tower in Columbia floats in the air, so it's almost impossible to determine the force needed to topple it, and the crater left on the building on the right is in such a low definition that you can't figure out its measures.
The Polygon Man's stage feat is impossible to calc because the purple material is literally the essence of the PlayStation multiverse, so it has no destruction values.
The damage done to the Arch Towers is impossible to determine, and the building destroyed by the Killzone mech's missiles just loses a single ear.
The background is Franzea is made of an unknown material and is also achieved through multiple slashes, making it also nearly impossible to calculate with precision.

The bridge is the only possible feat, but the perspective from PSASBR is super wonky, and doing it through R&C Tools of Destruction is possible even from youtube, I believe, but it's going to take time, pain and effort for a feat that isn't going past 9-B, since it's mostly made of glass.

In absence of a reliable calc, I guess we have to stick with what we have at our disposal.

I do think the left building getting destroyed in PaRappa’s stage can be worth calculating. In fact, I do have a calc planned to be uploaded soon.

As for the floating towers in Columbia, I believe you can try to get the PE of the building collapsing using the height it is in the sky since the missile did cause it to fall down.

Well no, the attack is just tipping something over, the rest of that is gravity

It's just the top being blown over, but I guess it doesn't do any harm.
Also, I just wanted to ask if the calc was ready or anything.

I just remembered about this CRT.
@Psychomaster35 Did you made that calc at the end? Otherwise, I'm prone to shipping the profile anyway, it's not a big deal.

The calc has been evaluated and accepted, and since no one has seemingly any issue with the draft, I guess I can publish it with 8-B stats instead of unknown.

Question, what was the issue of scaling Polygon Man to Tier 3/2 stats of the Olympians?

The game's a crossover like Smash or MvC, and as such it's prone to all sort of inconsistency between characters, who are sll equal at the end of the day.
As such, by wiki rules (and my opinion) we only scale native characters to feats performed in-verse.
