Plot Armor being used on purpose

I would like to know how this site deals with cases where the authors admitted that they give plot armor to certain characters so that they could last longer in battle or not get killed easily when in reality they would have been easily defeated or killed if it were not by this

That is Plot Induced Stupidity. When the Plot Armour is nessessary for the purposes of the Plot.

I'm asking this because this character was fighting this guy with a newly discovered transformation, which would justify the fact that the former lasted so long against the latter, but the author himself said he gave plot armor to the former not to be killed because he is one of the protagonists

Besides, I needed an answer to that, since it seems like we've never had an affair like this on this site.

Well, the thing is, in verse SIU is an axis, or something even greater than an axis, and ToG is his story. So the author used plot manip on one of his characters technically. Not sure what this would be.

Honestly, I don't remember anything about SIU being a Axis in the verse, unless there's a being inside the verse that represents SIU, the author, I don't agree with that

Well the axis and TUS has always been very vague, and with SIU deleting his blogs and comments it doesn't make this stuff easy. But, he has hinted that he was an axis, or a form of it anyway.
