Pinpointing The Reaction Speed Of These Scans and Feats

Case 1:
This is Wildboarder, a monster that is said to shoot light bullets from its horn protruding its chest. Kamen Rider Knight here is able to dodge that one light bullet in mid-air. Would this mean that Kamen Rider Knight will qualify for FTL reaction speed? If so, every adversary he has faced in the series proper would scale off to his reaction speed.

Case 2:
Both the Dragvisor Zwei (belonging to Kamen Rider Ryuki Survive Form) and Darkvisor Zwei (Kamen Rider Knight Survive Form) are said to shoot out light bullets (its representation is more of a beam rather than a bullet) and light arrows respectively, with the latter visor taking in sunlight to form said light arrows.
While this would possibly mean they have SoL Attack Speed, the main focus is this and this (mainly) for possible qualifications of FTL reaction speed.
While the first video scan can most likely be chalked up to aim dodging, the second one's a bit uhh reactiony (for the lack of a better word).

If neither SoL nor FTL speed is likely, how can I calculate the speed of the projectiles and the reaction speed of these respective riders?

An attack being called "Light bullets" on its own does not qualify for our fairly strict light speed attack requirements, although depending on the actual portrayal of them they might. A "beam of light" exploding into fire (which all the scans linked do) is actually considered to be evidence against it being realistic light, and absorbing energy such as sunlight to turn it into an energy construct does not really mean the construct will inherit its speed. Even if it did count, dodging them might be lower than FTL, I've seen light-dodging feats gets as low as Sub-Relativistic.

In regards to calculating them without treating them as being SoL, I would not bother, with nothing to assume their speed the results would just be their apparent on-screen speed (I.E. probably Average to Peak Human)

Ahh that's unfortunate, but I understand and concede.

(Also I forgor to link an early scan to the thread and though it wouldn't really change much, I'll just link it for completion).

Yeah sorry, the Wildboarder one is the closest because there isn't any fireball, but I personally wouldn't OK any of these.

First of all, "Light" could just be an adjective that is simply the opposite of heavy. Otherwise, if there is the interpretation that they are bullets made of an Infamous sci-fi technology known as "Hardlight", hardlight projectiles are not assumed to have lightspeed muzzle velocities and what not.

I see, I see.
So this is what I have come up with for their speed. Ryuki Riders' movement speed would be superhuman level, but then their mirror monsters (basically their summons) are around subsonic to subsonic+, so they would at least scale to their respective monsters. Would that be fine?
