Peppermint Butler doesn't yet have a profile but he is pretty powerful in his own right. He can seal powerful demons such as Hunson. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNb7btr3P6o. In "Nemesis" he is shown using magic create armor out of nowhere and teleport to his Nemesis he also turned Peacemaker's children into demon hybrids which would be biological manipulation or transmutation :

6:00: Goes into a little pocket dimension and changes his apperance, creates armor and a fire sword out of nowhere then travels seemingly teleports or creates a portal to Peacemaker.
Peppermint Butler: Ooh-wah, oooh-wah. My light will move in darkness. I go unseen by low level biddies. [chants an incantation, shows him changing and getting armor put o] Whah-ha! [his fire sword opens] Yes! Light of the hermit, reveal my nemesis, and in the folds of Horus, carry me in haste! Fold, I say! [it folds and shows Peace Master, Peppermint Butler runs towards him] Yaaaah!
8:56: PB comes out with a monster. Then checkmates Peacemaker using his children against him.
9:17: PB changes his children.
He also can create portals to Death's realm.
So he should get Magic, Sealing, Creation, Pocket Reality Creation, Biological Manipulation/Transmutation, Portal Creation and Transformation.
His comic counterpart is much more powerful but I'll leave comics until it's accepted that we can bring comics in.
