Shallot, he pressured a Post TOP SSJ Goku a bit, and this Goku is FAAAAR superior to his BOG counterpart who was already universal.

Goku probably. For the majority of the Buu saga, Goku was dead, even when he unveiled he too is able to go Super Saiyan 2. While being dead, I believe Goku made note of the dead having an increase in terms of durability, as Vegeta was stalling for the Spirit Bomb after he was resurrected. So if we're factoring that in, Goku may be able to take more hits from Shallot, even as a Super Saiyan.

Though, I could be wromg.

Besides, Goku has the Instant Transmission too, along with other techniques at his disposal that are capable of harming/deceiving Shallot. Though, Shallot has Goku on being able to use techniques that manipulate elements somewhat, so those may be troublesome to deal with.

Legends is inconsistent tho. He's weaker than Semi-Perfect Cell currently and had to use SSJ to fight Turles and Pre Z Frieza
