Page was insta-deleted?

Hey, so I made the page Sword (Minecraft). While doing some post-publishment edits, the page got nuked. I assume this was because of the headers and the gallery not being quite right, but I don't know for sure, as the deletion reason was just the entire page's HTML. Anyways, I've fixed what I think went wrong with it in my sandbox. I don't know if I missed any formal creation process, as there was nothing suggesting that in the guidelines other than putting it in a sandbox before (which admittedly, I forgot to do) is highly recommended. Is it okay to publish now or am I missing something?

Attack Potency isn't listed as "8-C, 7-C" etc it's listed as "Building level, town level"

Same for durability

There is supposed to be "level" after the statistics, eg Building level not building.
