Inconclusive because of Shin's evolution nonsense making it impossible to actually predict how the fight goes, but you basically have two of those things here. The only thing that is certain is that Melone himself will die if the fight lasts for long enough, either due to radiation or collateral damage (even if he's literally on the other side of the planet, the fight will eventually escalate to the point where that becomes irrelevant, either due to excessive beam spam or the actual combatants engulfing the whole thing like murderous mold)
