ONE mentioned Boros in general as a dragon or above level threat. Not just CSRC

CSRC is his strongest move set. If he's Dragon+ in general that just means the lowest bar for Dragon+ is Continental.

Either way it's clear as day a suicidal exploding Boros didn't generate nearly as much as Orochi did.

Scaling LS requires more than AP. If AG gets upscaled from Orochi then its fine, since ONE said Boros is physically superior to Garou. But as of now there's no indication of it.
