I mean, it's hard to gauge this as Genis-Vell lacks any descriptions on the profile to ascertain the level of his powers.

Considering that and Old Man Wolverine having much wider variety and more aptly-described powers, I'll wait some Marvel specialist to come, but imo, it looks like Wolverine should beat the hell outta Vell.

I just realised how much stuff Genis is missing oof

But his powers should be augmented to his 2-A level at peak. He destroyed Eternity with the help of Entropy, which is basically an entire 11 spatial/temporal dimensional universe.

Yeah, they are on 2-A, but the specifics on how well he can use them, the way he does, if there are any particular powers that stand out, that kind of thing.
