That would be 越える you're talking about, or Koeru. Its meanings are "to cross over"; "to pass through/over"; "exceed"; "surpass", "more than".
I think transcending or beyond can be words to mean the same in this context, whatever this is supposed to be.

Yeah, I'm struggling real hard on a few kanji's that I really can't make out on the start of the first line on the bottom right of two of that Bleach scan.
But even without those few Kanji's, I think I can make out what's being said enough to give context.
Basically, it says something about Gin and (), most definitely referring to Tousen, going to Hueco Mundo with Aizen after Soul Society recognized them as traitors or whatever.
Then ofc there's the whole Aizen and co. taking over Hueco Mundo to expand their forces and Aizen wanting to create the Oken in order to overthrow the Soul King.
So really, all of this was just some fill in the blanks thing of what you know from reading/watching Bleach of Aizen's activities and plan.

Actually i was confused with the last sentence, cuz when i use 2 translator machine, it gives me 2 different results:
(1)"I'm a bondage god...something that can't be tied up"
(2)". I'm a bondage god.......There's nothing I can't bind..."
So, does that mean the first one is the correct one?
