Superboy Prime is only Universe level with Oan energy on his page. Him losing to the Teen Titans is p.i.s as he is capable of stomping multiple Supermen, and beat Ion. The universe was destroyed and had to be recreated.

If there is anything to downgrade Superboy-Prime about, it would be before he had the Oan energy. I just finished the Sinestro Corps War and he wasn't within the explosion of Warworld. He was knocked out of the way when John and Guy threw it down.
