Yo.... so I'll just get straight to the point. I've made a new rules and regulations pages for Character Profiles, VS threads, chat and have modified the rules at the main page.

Please check the Rules and Regulations (main), Rules and Regulations for Chat, Rules and Regulations for Character Profiles and Rules and Regulations for VS Threads/Battles out and tell me what you think of them.

They seem good but I have two questions regarding the rules for character profiles.

1. Where exactly would the personal statistics go? I want to add them into my character's profile.

2. In the Rules and Regulation for Tier 1 Characters subcategory, what does it mean by "Inserting things like High Hyperverse Level+ (Fought on par with Elder God Demonbane) is not quite ok but you can still make profiles which have them but the limit should be three"?

First rule: Either above the Powers and Stats or below.

Make your characters completely original. Don't take things from an already official series. This is what I meant.
