Now, that I think about it, he is Non-Corporeal since his true-from is energy which under the definition of Non-Corporeal still apply.

The Elemental Intangibility gives the ability to become intangible by transforming into a substance and has nothing to do with one's true form, unlike what I thought; It feels somewhat like a misnomer though.

So, I agree that he is Non-Corporeal

Superman should also get Non-Physical Interaction for the ability to interact with him too, to make the additions more consistent.
