Naruto literally gets one-shotted by any of Allen's attacks.

Allen has one of the highest Low 6-B scaling chains on the Wiki while Naruto is only Low 6-B through a charged Bijuu Bomb, his actual stats while in his Kurama Avatar are only High 6-C.

This is a stomp cause Naruto lacks the Durability but just having a high chain scale doesn't make one increase in AP so much...its just an unknown higher value..if the difference in raw ap is too big then the scaling won't help.
