Pretty simple, but for those of you who don't understand, here are the rules:
  1. It has to be people from 2 different verses.
  2. Since it's a tag team, no more than 2 people.
  3. You can make as many teams as you want.
  4. Give a brief explanation as to why they would work well together.
  5. Have fun.

Akko is particularly good at ranged and magical attacks while Ryuko is a lot better at brute force and physical attacks. It's your standard mage + berserker matchup but I think they would be excellent together because of their outlandish nature and plus Studio Trigger protagonists team-up.

Anyways, my turn.

Johnny Test and Timmy Turner.

Both come from shows with similar concepts, and they both have similar personalities that would make them the best of friends.

Not only will they be hard to take down physically, but in terms of hax, they will be second to none, as both Johnny and Timmy use a combination of Science and Magic to make sure none of their opponents will get a single hit in.

Also a crossover between both of these shows would be straight flames.

Anyways disregarding the power gap, black sperm and naruto would be a perfect tag team
Naruto teaches sperm shadows clones and hell ensues as a septillion platinum sperms form
 
Iaian (One-Punch Man) and Zoro (One Piece) would make a pretty good team. They're both disciplined sword-fighters. Iaian could keep Zoro mentally grounded in a fight, while Zoro could elevate Iaian's fighting power.
 
Subaru Natsuki and Ainz Ooal Gown
The thing about this tag team is that we have:
Ainz, who is an extremely versatile spellcaster due to his 700+ spell repertoire, he has a magic for almost every situation, wich allows him to beat almost any other character in Pvp after he loses to them once and devises a strategy the second time. (since his build is more of a versatility/roleplay thing than anywhere near meta.) This is not even mentioning the amount of prep he can get with prior knowledge, such as changing his equipment and taking a World Item with him (overpowered magic relics with extremely powerful effects.) and the monsters he can summon. Needless to say, if he has good prior knowledge on a foe he's almost unstoppable.
Weaknesses: somewhat paranoid and overly cautious when he lacks knowledge, his build heavily relies on having prior intel to counter his enemies as opposed to being directly strong, while resistant to almost every hax in this wiki he ironically lacks good/reliable defensive options against direct AP damage, such as higher levels of regen or long lasting invulnerability.

Subaru, who while by himself is just a normal human with no real abilities, he has Return by Death, wich gives him unlimited tries in any fight he has, oftenly sending him back from a few minutes at worst to a few days at best, on top of superceding magic wich should by all means nullify his ability. (such as returning from EE that erases you from history, like the White Whale's comsumption.) That and he also has his own array of hax magic with Beatrice at his best, wich lets him BFR you to another dimension and even create a perfect barrier around himself that can protect him from almost anything at the cost of making him immobile.
Weaknesses: weak physically and in direct offense, while RBD makes him and his allies unkillable in theory, he needs to rely on using other's to their full capacity, due to his limited acting range.

So we essentially have a team where both weaknesses are completely covered by each other, with Subaru giving Ainz pretty much all intel infinite loops can give. (Specially since Subaru can just make a barrier around himself and spectate as Ainz tries everything in his arsenal before death) and also covers all defensive needs with his infinite retries. Meanwhile Ainz can easily use telepathy on Subaru to give himself full intel even in the worst case scenario where they loop back to the start of the fight and then use his versatility to give Subaru the boundless array of offensive hax he could ever need, on top of summons/equipment and gear that could vastly turn the battle their side should they be given a full day of prep.
(That and Ainz's death magic means he can ask Subaru to drop his shield and kill him with a thought at any moment to escape an incap situation or a dead end.)

Shinra Kusukabe and Izuku Midoriya.

The hero motif is strong with those two and I feel not only would they work well together as their personalities mix, but I feel like as a rag team they can cover themselves pretty handily since they’re pretty heavy close combat oriented fighters and can watch each other’s back.

Two of the most hated men who will do whatever it takes to get what they want and obliterate all who may defy them !
This will be the most evil team of all time

Yu and Sans - The no-hit run

Whoever meets them and doesn't have omnipotent smurf hax will get smoked.

They're both great at dodging.
Sans is ranged combatant and Yu is close range thus they cover their own weaknesses.
Both can dura neg to an extent.
Both go full power with their first hits.
Sans can pin opponents for Yu to finish off.
Yu can ward off opponents from hurting sans.
Sans can move Yu away from AOE attacks with teleportation and telekinesis.

Overall:
That's the one team you don't want in a tournament.
