The EE isn't relevant here, also this is a massive stomp, Mori scales to normal 5-B, and both skill and ap stomps given that sung only massively upscales from approximately either 1/12 or 1/24 a planet's destruction value, his summons don't mean anything given the majority lie in tier 7-8 from what I remember with maybe 1 or 2 scaling to planet level and even then they downscale from sung himself, sung stands no chance here
