Rainbow Dash and those that scale above should scale to baseline 6-B. Here’s why

Dashie’s feat she scales to is the sonic rainboom. Dashie first did it as a child and pretty much ever since then, she has done the rainboom Pretty much effortlessly at this point. Considering how effortlessly Dashie has done the rainboom, and the fact that she did it pretty much effortlessly the last few times she has done it, Dashie should be baseline 6-B considering how close the AP value is to 6-B territory.

Those that are stronger would also be affected, especially This dragon that overpowered Dashie and the rest of the mane 6 just by breathing on them and yelling at them. As for those that downscale, feels safer to keep them at low 6-B I guess

I'd much rather go for a likely rating. We don't know how much stronger she is as an adult compared to as a foal. Nothing concrete means it's much better to just use a likely rating while keeping the current rating. Razer (The closest I could find to a name), should probably be 6-B outright for overpowering all of them at once.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't we use the "at least" rating for characters who are stronger than their past selves to an unknown degree?
I don't know anything about MLP, but from the looks of it the feat and scaling stuff seem fine.

Well, I think that we can safely assume that she is more than twice as strong as an adult, which would be enough to qualify, but I don't have a strong opinion regarding the issue and am not sure if we have specific scaling rules that contradict what I just said.

So I guess this is accepted now?
Those that downscale would get an “at least” rating to their current low 6-B tier and those that scale to and above RD are 6-B now

I suppose so. What do the rest of you think?

Okay. I will do so. Thank you to everybody who have helped out here.
