so the high end for breaking bones is 9920 Joules so technically couldn’t we say his dura with the bulletproof vest (which is his base equipment and is basically his dura as he has it on the whole movie) is street level, possibly street level+ as getting shot even with a vest can cause breakage of bones and internal bleeding. Also he’s consistent with it, he got shot around 25 times throughout the movie and operated fine. could be a reach but lmk.
