This is very straightforward. The accepted calc of Hundred Eyes Octopus' GPE is 5.3785442e+12 Joules, or 1.2855 Kilotons of TNT. That is Low 7-C, not 8-A, as the baseline for Low 7-C is 1 kiloton.

Probably doesn't need a CRT, but I wanted to make absolutely sure + know who scaled to Hundred Eyes Octopus beforehand.
 
I'll make the change for Hundred Eyes Octopus, if anyone knows of any characters that scales from HEO I'll leave the thread open for a day or so.
