This page is missing a lot of information, so I'm going to fill in the blanks.

Summary: The sizes of each slime are 0.6 cubic meters/blocks for small slimes, 1.2 cubic meters/blocks for medium slimes, and 2.4 cubic meters/blocks for large slimes. Source: https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Slime#Gallery.

Tier: Small slimes are 10-C, as they are harmless three-dimensional beings. Source: https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Slime.

Age: Should be Varies like other Minecraft mobs instead of Unknown.

Attack Potency: Small slimes are 10-C / Below Average, since they're harmless.

Speed: They aren't Below Average Human, but they don't have Subsonic combat/reaction speed either. In fact, I'm not even sure they have a reaction speed to speak of. My source says they go 17.2 m/s, which puts them in Superhuman. However, they hop instead of running, so this speed probably could be reduced to Peak Human or Athletic Human. Source: https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Attribute#Attributes_available_on_all_living_entities

Striking Strength: Small slimes are Below Average class for aforementioned reasons.

Durability: I wouldn't put small slimes at Wall Level just because they can tank a snowball. You can kill them in one hit just by punching them, slapping them with a feather, they die instantly when lit on fire, so on and so forth. Tanking snowballs is an exception, not the norm.

Range: Their range is a little higher than melee range. Slimes can hop a little more than twice their body length. This puts small slimes at Extended Melee Range (1 - 2 m) and medium and large slimes at Several Meters (2 - 10 m). https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Slime#Behavior

Intelligence: Slimes aren't Below Average, they're Animalistic. They're smart enough to seek out players and attack, but aren't smart enough to avoid hazards such as lava, water, lethal heights, etc. Source: Spawned some slimes in-game and tested it out.

Weaknesses: Small slimes are physically defenseless. Slimes are animalistic and possess no capability for higher thinking, which leaves them vulnerable to traps. Their behavior is predictable.

They get one-shot by the Player who is 9-A, and he doesn't actually slap them with a feather, he punches the slime with a feather in his hand (although the former would still be game mechanics). 9-B durability can probably stay.

Range is how far away you can be from someone and still hit them. Since Slimes have no method of attacking apart from melee, their range should be related to their size. Below/Standard Melee range for the small slime and other two slimes respectively seems fair.

Okay. Thank you for the evaluation. Should we close this thread?
