On his profile Methuselah has the justifcation for his tiering being "He embodies the mystery of all nights from the time of Mercurius to 1944, including his time loops, with their numbers being in the decillions at least. A single night's mystery requires the destruction of half the planet, and Methuselah can create Jaws with a density of a hundred." Do you have any scans to show this being the case? Untranslated or not. Similarly, a scan for Reinhard "Casually one-shotting Methuselah and destroyed all his mysterys"? Considering this puts Reinhard at planet level which is considerally higher than what he showed in DI pre-atziluth.

Just remember that Dies Irae Reinhard was limited by the swatiskas. Ren, narration and Reinhard himself states multiple times that Kemono wasn't in his peak during the events.
