Then a fire in the darkness could be seen, shaped like a man. The figure walked over to the stands, where two smaller fires were seen. One a lit candle with a face and the other, a small flame with eyes and small substitutes for hands. He leaned over to them, assuring them that
“Do not worry, no matter what I will be ok.”
Then a rumbling was heard as all of the darkness in the arena was swallowed up and a new larger figure appeared. A reptilian fiend, dark as night, with fire eminating from itself. The fireman didn’t seem scared and in fact muttered to himself “I might enjoy this.” As he rushed towards his opponent.
