Tony Stark reclined into his chair, casually sipping a martini as the fireplace raged in front of him. Suddenly, the power went out. "Sir, I'm detecting that someone has cut the power, should I scan for intruders?" JARVIS asked over an intercom attached to a backup generator. "Don't bother, I know who it is." As if on cue, glowing eyes penetrated the darkness. "Stark." Batman said. "You know, Mr. Wayne, there's such a thing as a door. You might've heard of them, normal people use them all the time." Batman ignored the comment, he'd shrugged off far worse potshots after all. "About your little Civil War-"

"Yes, I know. What I did was wrong. I regret it, Cap regrets it, know one's looking back on that mess fondly." Batman leaned in. "I think it's time for you to retire." Tony blanched "What?" Batman ignored him to keep talking. "You've constantly proven time and again that you can't be trusted with the fate of the world. Alcoholic and narcissistic tendencies. Launching Hulk into space. Everything to do with the civil war. You're not fit for the job." Tony stood up, meeting Bruce's eyes. "You don't get to talk, Bruce. Your paranoia nearly got the Justice League killed, not to mention you keep hiring kid sidekicks even after you-know-who bit the dust." Batman flinched and leaned back. "My plans never involved taking away people's rights. You have ten days to retire or I'll make you." Batman vanished into the darkness and Tony fell back into his chair with a sigh. "Sir, am I to assume you don't intend to comply with his demands?" Tony set his martini down. "Yes, JARVIS, you are. If he wants me to step down he'll have to make me." JARVIS chimed in again. "You are aware that he's likely already preparing for such a scenario?" Tony smiled. "Well, two can play at that game."

~ Both have ten days to prepare. They have access to everything in their arsenals up to 4-B and have extensive prior knowledge on the others tactics, character, capabilities, and gadgets. Speed is Equalized.

I know this isn't on BM's profile, doesn't he have a yellow lantern ring with prep? Or was that a different comic time period? Anyway seems very close. I will make an argument tomorrow, very tired rn.

Iron Man kind of stomps, or at least wins very, very decisively. He's got way more tech and in a battle of 4-B, that's really probably the deciding factor. Iron Man's also very outdated, and it's notable that he's upgraded his suits with anti Spider Sense counter measures, meaning Sixth Sense is useless here. Batman is primarily a detective and combat specialist, so while he can maybe come up with something that can kill Iron Man, it's gonna be 9.9/10 times Tony, especially since Mister Fantastic considers him a superior engineer.

As long as a single comic profile has a single missing power, there will be revisions to be made.

That's after the stuff missing from Doctor Doom

Reed needs it badly though. I might do his first anyway.

It's as if I thought everyone had forgotten my birthday and then walked in on a surprise party.

Wonderful.

I might make some profiles for the What Ifs tho. They have some interesting stuff, like Crusader, who's the kid of Rogue with Captain Marvel's powers and Captain America and uses Thor's Hammer and Cap's Shield.

But that's enough derailment for now.

Which is better to just search through everything, make a blog about it, and make one big CRT revision. Then you'll only need to just keep up with the current/new/future comics for another future CRT.

I think this is entirely up to opinion. Don't see much reason to favor one over the other to be honest. Don't see Iron Man stomp here.

Going by ten days prep this comes down to intellect once again and they are pretty much equal there. In fact Batman is more the cunning type while Iron Man goes more in the technical direction.

I go with Batman if i must cause Tony will do what Tony always does, build himself out of the situation. But it's a jack in the box what Batman will pull out. Although i repeat myself, i can see both winning here.

Smarts doesn't do much when you're physically 8C.

He doesn't have much to even harm Iron Man beyond 4B Boyd Iron Man can destroy comfortably

And i thought Tony is physically human either. I suppose smarts have nothing to do with his suits then.

Thou Tony is physically High 6C of like higher, Extremis enhanlers like him (Such as Mallen) can tear and overpower modern Iron Man armors like the SD Armor.

Also. It has been years seen I saw an BvI that is actually ""fair"" < Note.

Since, Prep is included, and gonna point some notable abilities and nonstandard weapons that IM side could get in at least a few hours through prep (That I recall from the ground of my head)...

Preparation:

Inventions and Resources:

I will later get more into powers and intelligence.

Thanks god RT is a thing otherwise I would have lasting hours.

Is that really prep or is that what he already has in storage? (Nice scans though ƒæì)

As far as i am concerned both know about the others arsenal and that much prep basically means counteracting the one who uses it, not necessarily the arsenal itself. Otherwise it would say Iron Man with all his gadgets against Batman with all his gadgets, right?

With prep Batman usually uses other people, circumstances or often even gadgets from the enemy himself for his advantage. I agree that Tony can prepare against the Hellbat suit and stuff (for the known arsenal) but he can't prepare against what Batman will pull out his ass in this specifically created scenario. Could be anything really. If Tony goes into the situation with the attitude, 'i'm invinsible through my tech anyway going by what i build compared to your arsenal' then it's the perfect spot to jump on if i were Batman.

It's interesting to notice that if any dc storyline would work like the rules set by many of these VS there weren't hardly any high tier battles that Batman could overcome overall, though reality tells a different story.

Anyway i'm conviced with prep Iron Man isn't that much beyond Batman.

Due to Extremis he is physically High 6C, which is still>>>>>>>Batman

I dont think so.

Because A) I have only counted the feats and gadgets that reach 4B (The limit put by Wright) and not the higher ends, and B) I have not listed them all, just the ones that I could link right now.

I have not even bring out the quality of each one of Tonys powers, or his intelligence and skill, is more complicated than it sounds.
