This was after Ultron was heavily damaged by Thor, Iron Man, Vision, and Hulk. Also "casually", she was enraged and amped by her brother's death. There's nothing casual about it.

Okay I thought I remember this differently. She did not restrain him, according to the databook she increased his mass to the point where he could no longer move and tunneled through the mansion. Its more like, idk, matter, density or gravity manipulation than TK.

It looks more like matter manipulation than TK. Every mention of the interaction notes that she increased his mass rather than overpower him with raw TK.
