Major James Bond Attack Speed Upgrade

My quest to make the James Bond profile as accurate as possible continues and this time it's another upgrade. Bond in Nightfire 007 acquires this gun, the Samurai:

Now I'm not going to lie, I'm no good at calculating this sort of thing. But even if it's not Speed of Light, it's a nice upgrade to a tier 9 character regardless

Well according to the JB Wiki (which this site used for some of the profile) it is a military laser which if we are to take real life examples with a pinch of salt do appear to be 'real' lasers. So we know it's a true laser. Speed is something else though

Yeah I'm not the best at complex calculations. It's a true laser and meets the conditions
