Mad Father and Misao Ogre/Onigawara Question

I want to know as well, I played mad father till the end and I don't recall a single scene where it was stated he gave them the powers. Perhaps I didn't pay close attention, but either way, I would like to see the scan as well.
 
Tbh the 8-C Mad Father feats for Monika seem wrong. Stronger than a person who took a decent amount of time to burn a mansion down isn’t 8-C (also link to her being superior) and effecting an entire building is a range thing, not really an AP thing. At best, it would only scale to AP, not Striking or Durability.
 
Saikou's argument was that it was instant and done by Monika's zombie, which both are false, it wasn't instant, literally everyone had time to leave the mansion and you see Robin leave a good bit after Aya and Maria have left and the mansion is still intact and Robin isn't Monika's zombie, he's revealed to be a regular human in IF.
