Uh, she has it in her standard equipment, but she doesn't use it in character very often

She's much more likely to use the grappling hook

Mabel via actual fighting against supernatural monsters normally. Chloé doesn't have the same experience as Queen Bee and lack of combat efficiency in human form .

Chloe have higher AP and durability than Mabel, but I'll count it

Mabel and Dipper dealing with monsters that could potentially kill them easily on daily basic but with their wits they was able to figure out and defeat them. Chloé, in my point, just a normal person and hardly pose a threat to Mabel, aside from her experience as Queen Bee nothing seem to place her above normal person condition.
