Pretty quick and easy revision here, Luppi’s Pre and Post-Timeskip keys are exactly the same, so they should be merged together to make his page look less cluttered.

Same tier maybe, but not the same strength. All the Mayuri revived Zombie Arrancar are far stronger than they were before. Technically post timeskip Luppi is CFYOW Luppi as it directly says he's that strong due to Mayuri's upgrades but idk why it's separate
