Equalized: Jaune is one shoted by small town level Uranometria
Unequalized: Jaune attacks cannot pierce through Water Barier nor will really damage Lucy in base. While speed advantage is quite big in such a case isn't really a big factor.Sooner or later Jaune wouldn't be able to dodge and one hit from Lucy in Leo Star Dress is more than enough to finish him.

Pre-Timeskip Lucy doesn't have Star dress nor can she use Uranometria at will.Czuczian11 said:

R1: I'm pretty sure that all of Lucy's City Block level spirits are either more skilled than Jaune or have a way of attacking that makes his shield pretty much useless, so Lucy should take this.

Oh sorry i didn' saw the info, i had a hard day today, so sorry;
In such a case :
Equalized: Lucy wins via Gemini copy ability casted on Jaune (thanks to it she know everything she needs and also gains a force equal to her opponents). Additionaly Fleuve d'etioles is really good way to restrict Jaunes movements
Unequalized: In such case Jaune speedblitzes and Lucy as no major advantage over him in durability/ap so he wins.
