I think this should grant Lucky Luke Marksmanship and perhaps even Analytical Prediction. See, what Lucky Luke did here is... Well, look for yourself:
If managing to not only shoot a bullet, but determine that his shot would ricochet all over and not only fly right into a guy's revolver, but also cause it to explode to the point where the animation had to name every single part of the gun, doesn't qualify for Marksmanship and Analytical Prediction, then I don't know what the heck would. Pretty sure a shot like that would make Yor Forger look like a toddler throwing a ball by comparison.
