Well, since Protégé is 1-A from start Lucifer can't blitz him, therefore Protégé should win due to power mimicry (since he already has Living Tribunal's power) and then Lucifer's on top of it

The only problem is that Protégé is not smart while Lucifer is, well, needless to say he is Thanos level of genius by his showings alone (if not higher)

So Lucifer should be able to easily outsmart him

The thing is for me that Samael (Lucifer's original name according to The Presence) can defeat the avatars of Oblivion but in the end he won't be able to destroy nothing. Literally. I can say that TLT wouldn't be able to beat him since it only has Conceptual Type 2.

Also... yeah. Samael is manipulative enough to defeat Protege, even if he copies Lucifer's powers he can't copy intellect. There he is helpess. So... Lucifer wins.
