Lowering Phoenix Force Namor durability to just Solar System level?

I doubt Phoenix Force Namor would have Multiversal+ to Low Complex Multiversal durability, when he can get hurt and bloodied from Red Hulk, Thing and Thor:

This is marvel just being marvel. In the same series, namor went toe to toe against scarlet witch and survived and they're many more feats like that, so this is just another PIS moment.

Well, I obviously agree about Marvel being built on Plot-Induced Stupidity, athough the regular superheroes were consistently able to inconvenience the Phoenix Five, so the inconsistency would be higher than usual.

Well, it was severely damaged/split up by Iron Man's weapon. It was almost consistently shown far below this scale other than matching the Scarlet Witch.
