I think everyone is in agreement here what's been proposed:

Ikkaku, Yumichika, and Kira get more keys.

These are the following keys:

7-C | at least 7-C, possibly 7-A | 6-A

Characters like Charlotte, Abirama, Choe Neng, and Ggio get upgraded to "at least 7-C, possibly 7-A" based on scaling from the OP
