This is important as the only places that has access to travel to other worlds/dimensions

That means affecting flipside would grant 5D due to Flipside is a marcocosm that covers other worlds as a gateway. Has control over the flow of dimensional energy meaning flipside town basically connected all other worlds together. Making it extradimensional.

There's also cut out technique in Color splash which transends dimensions as a supportive evidence for low1-c
