These two are both dumb af and I like them plus love is a big thing for both so I’m matching it up.

  • Post-Volume 3 Scott with the Power of Love is being used
  • Speed is equalized
  • Fight takes place in Snowdin
  • Starting distance is 5 meters
  • Win via knockout or incap
  • SBA for anything else
Scott:
(Scales far above 10.5 Tons of TNT)

Papyrus:
(Scales to 17.75 Tons of TNT)

Sand Underman:

I feel Scott is likelier to go for the final blow, and basically as skilled if mot more than Papyrus, he also has his one up if things go awry. Also he has a cool sword.

Papyrus is shown reducing Frisk to 1 HP and the condition for winning here isn’t death so the 1 UP may not be useful. I do think Scott probably takes skill but he’d struggle with gravity manipulation and danmaku.
