so, while outerversal = irrelevant speed, i still don't get how the page linked proves it.

he said that speed isn't a factor because time has come to a standstill, not that he was beyond speed or something
 
To be 1-A, one is entirely beyond time. As speed is a concept tied to time, 1-As surpass that notion as well.

what i mean is that nothing in the page linked to his irrelevant speed proves it, it just says that time stopping = speed not mattering
