How is this not a stomp.

Five meters apart and no prior knowledge.

Light, a Tier 10, has no prior knowledge when that is the only way he can win in any scenario.

Like this is literally the worst form of stomp. At least under SBA he'd have a potential fighting chance even though it'd be nearly impossible due to not knowing her name.
