Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 3.5, Part 4, Part 5, Part 6.

Basic wizard abilities addition.
Light Manipulation, Sound Manipulation, Energy Manipulation, and Matter Manipulation (All Wizards use the power of their imagination to manipulate light, sound, energy, and matter, and because of that, they can influence the fundamentals of the Material world)
Wizards are basically super-nerds who use mind tricks to affect light, sound, energy, and matter, and thereby influence the underlying fundaments of the Material World.
Source
Strange Scientific Laws also emerged, as the new flexibility of Matter and Energy interacted with Life Energy—also known as Consciousness. New races of creatures, such as Wizards, learned to manipulate Matter and Energy with their Minds, allowing them to levitate, disappear, blast beams of energy, and plenty of other cool stuff.
Source
Perception Manipulation (Can change a person's perception of them to change their appearance of Low Self-Esteem to Self-Confidence, even giving enemies the thought that they the wizard in question is capable of defeating them)
HAVE YOU EVER met a boring wizard? No. Why? Because although boring wizards do indeed exist, they specialize in spells that camouflage their boring personalities. With a simple bit of enchantment, Wizards can make themselves seem bold, exciting, and scintillating. Boring wizards can often be detected, however, by watching for those who try a little too hard to be interesting. If you see a Wizard training fish to climb a tree, for example, it’s likely self-esteem issues are to blame. But however insecure a wizard might be, wizardry is the realm of the Imagination, and even the flabbiest, most flop- sweaty wizard can warp your perceptions enough to make you believe they are fully capable of kicking your butt.
Source
Law Manipulation and Data Manipulation (With False Thuthology, they can make 2 opposite propositions true by altering physical laws, being able to falsify data, making the opponent genuinely believe they are correct)
Possible Facts, or False Truthology, is a technique of Magic in which two opposite propositions are both proven to be true by altering physical laws with Enchantments, clouding the mind of a rival, or other means of truthfully falsifying data. In other words, once the propositions of Wizard Philosophy have been fully understood, seasoned Wizard Philosopher/Logicians are free to misrepresent their Possible Facts using False Truthology to win an argument. Unless they aren’t.

Mind Manipulation (Anything that is mental in nature can be changed and transformed by a Wizard's thoughts, manipulating the stuff of his or her imagination)
For if the Multiverse only exists if it is perceived, then everything that exists is Mental in nature. And anything that is Mental in nature can be changed and transformed by a Wizard’s thoughts, manipulating the stuff of his or her Imagination.
Source
Creation (Wizards can create as they wish by wielding their imaginations upon the Matrix of Matter and energy and by tapping into the power of the Cosmic Imagination)
Thus, the Origin of Wizardry is at the Core of Creation, and Wizards can create or destroy as they wish, tapping into the Power of the Cosmic Imagination.
Source
Like the Wizards me know and love, these four elementals created and destroyed by wielding their Imaginations upon the Matrix of Matter and Energy.

Do we see any of this in practice? Because Ice King would be pretty stacked if he had all these powers and wouldn't have stalemated Flame Princess.

I think it's important to also note that for the most part, Wizards don't use some of these in-character like Abracadaniel.

Creation by the elementals, wizards, and pretty much any magic user in existence.
Mind Manip by... pretty much every wizard, their abilities are made from their imagination.
We haven't actually seen False Truthology in the series yet.

Most of these aren't actual techniques like shooting light beams or sound waves, it's like giving "energy manipulation" for a UES, except there's a bunch of components to this UES.

The actual spells are in here
Where they actually do show a handful of these abilities
Because Ice King would be pretty stacked if he had all these powers and wouldn't have stalemated Flame Princess.
Still conflicted on whether he would get any of the actual spells or not.
He's a wizard by transformation via the crown and books, not via the school lessons and such.
Like via Wizard City, Wizards learn a lot of basic abilities in order to become genuine professional wizards and such (see Peppermint Butler's section)

But at the same time, like above, he technically uses these abilities to conjure up his ice and such. We also see him using some of the basic wizard powers, like invisibility, shrinking, obvious flight, lightning bolt blasts,
I think it's important to also note that for the most part, Wizards don't use some of these in-character like Abracadaniel.
Technically he kinda does, but for the sake of little argument, it's revealed that he's a pretty... horrible wizard.
Cadebra, focus. If you don't raise your stats by 27.82578950%, you'll never be a salamander and you'll end up being a joke, like your uncle here.

This looks like it's been accepted, so thank you Ovens, Ant, Mitch, and Js.

I'll leave this open while the Part 7 thread is being worked on, just in case any more staff or members want to give input while this is open.

Thanks everyone
