Hopefully this is worth a shot, but anyways;
As from what you can see from the scan from this page's summary, well, it's a bit hard to explain but hopefully this gets out the gist, pretty much the reasoning behind why the Angry Snowman or the other snowmen are alive as you could see while Ignatius was carrying around the toy Chippy Snowchip (Pretty much an interactive toy that you can change it's personality depending on the emotion chip you put in it's slot as you can see from that scan from the very beginning of the starting point of this CRT), he pretty much got tired of it being happy and he was insisting on switching it's personality with the plate of emotion snowchips and then suddenly the wind blew all of them off and went into each of the snowmen at once. And then suddenly a streetlight got somehow broken and conducted electricity onto the snow which made them all come to life. So, instead of Type 1 IP, he should have Type 2 due to the properties of the snowchip being integrated into the snowmen.
