Kite vs Kusakabe

Kusakabe probably wins this thanks to his simple domain
Kite doesn't have many skill or battle feats (its less than Kusakabe's), and his main fighit is competly offscreen, so its really hard to argue about anything for him, at best you could say that he has a bigger range

Still Kite's skill puts him above Gon and Killua and numerous hunters. Kusakabe isn't very impressive in combat unless its exclusively sorcerer oriented and he himself also doesn't have much skill feats. Kite at least would've done better aganist Nefer iirc.
