I'm on the fence on this one. If Kessler so much as glances at Ghost Rider's eyes, it's probably game over for him (I know he has the whole morally grey thing going on, but the Penance Stare has worked on the likes of the Punisher before, so it would probably would work here as well), and Kessler stays somewhat within eyesight range.

Kessler fra, it's a close match for sure though. But phantasmal clones and teleportation should help. Penance stare could definitely end Kessler, so it's also close to a toss up... But yeah range helps, and tking to interrupt too.

Yeah, forgot about his tk. He could just use it to flip GR around so that he can't directly look at him, meaning he can eventually mindscrew with a clone or maybe just keep him held down (really need to update Kessler's lifting strength)
