Toei has created a website that describes Kamen Rider forms, items, villains, and all that good stuff. This is part 2.5 of a massive revision that will go over their specs. Website Link. Another Agito's page.

Stamina: Another Agito’s belt, Ank Point, circulates energy with the called “Force” with the Wiseman Monolith similar to Agito’s “Alterforce”.
- Mid-Low Regeneration (Another Agito’s Bio Armor can repair itself)
- Damage Reduction (Another Agito’s Power Gold Bracelets and Anklets absorbs the impacts of enemies’ attacks)
- Limited-Flight (Another Agito’s Live Wing are wings that can glided through the air)
- Enhanced Senses (Another Agito has a wide field of vision and can look at long distances comparable to Agito’s Burning Form. His smell and hearing is also increased)
- Clairvoyance (Another Agito’s Agito Eyes has clairvoyance)
- Resistance to Explosion Manipulation (The Agito Horns release surplus energy to prevent self-destruction. He also clashed with Agito's Rider Kick)
- Transmutation (Another Agito can transform his bike into the Dark Hopper)
- Summoning (Another Agito can summon Dark Hopper)
- Smoke Manipulation (Dark Hopper can emit a smokescreen to confuse enemies)
Dark Hopper: Another Agito’s rider machine. It is a dirt bike that is able to move 390 km/h. The Dark Eyes of Dark Hopper has night-vision, 360 vision and x-ray vision that can see through 15 m of substances. Dark Hopper can give Another Agito all the information it receives. I can jump 10 m into the air and can glide. It can also produce a smokescreen to obstruct the enemies’ sight. It can climb 80 degree slopes to get through rough terrain.

- Resistance to Explosion Manipulation (Got directly hit by Another Agito's Assault Kick but did not explode)
Kamen Rider Gills
- Resistance to Explosion Manipulation (Gills was hit by G3-X's GX-05 Cerberus's rocket and did not explode)
