Our Power of the Verse section's incredibly outdated. Here is my suggested revision of it:

Kamen Rider is an incredibly powerful and formidable verse. With each series instalment, abilities and levels of power differ significantly, though many characters are certainly respectable relative to their rating. Even several civilians are Wall level in strength with equipment sometimes allowing them to use far more powerful attacks that can reach Tier 2.
Riders like Shin and Hibiki peak at Large Building level while seasons like Ryuki and Faiz display feats ranging from an absolute low end of Town level to Large Town level. The first two Kamen Riders, Ichigo and Nigo, were capable of surviving a City level+ explosion in their upgraded base forms.
Higher up amongst Riders, there are those who range between Planet level and Multi-Solar System level, though characters like Ex-Aid and Build have individually reached Low Multiverse level, scaling to the merging of two universes.
Due to canonically sharing a multiverse with Super Sentai, the scope of the Kamen Rider cosmology is infinite in size. A character like Decade is capable of destroying the entire multiverse, making him Multiverse level+. Decade only got much stronger by the year of 2018, though the strongest Kamen Rider and character of the entire verse would be Oma Zi-O. Oma Zi-O possesses the power of every single Rider across the multiverse, more than capable of destroying it and could even kill Complete 21 Decade while in a weakened state.
Despite being heavily live action, Kamen Rider has a multitude of hax. The series' and official Toei specs provide several examples of resistances, statistic based abilities, and incredibly enhanced senses, such as Fourze who can see the light from Pluto while on Earth. Some of the more notable abilities are Soul Manipulation, Existence Erasure, Reality Warping, Void Manipulation, Immortality Negation, Time Manipulation, Law Manipulation, Probability Manipulation, Physics Manipulation, and Omnipresence just to name a few.
