1. Her OP curse manip. Via her Treasure, anything in range is cursed and all powers are negated and debuffed.

2. Fate Manip which grants her victory as long as her heart is pure.

3. Thought Based-PLOT Manip.

4. Via her skill. She immobilizes Kai and makes him fall asleep them EE's him with Crescent Moon

5. AE Type 1, anyway Kai can counter this?

6. Altering fundamental principles of the world on the conceptual level

7. Coin Magic, anything in range is instantly turned to Coin.

Note: Kai's gonna need some weird ability to enter dreams, Moonlight exists in multiple dreams. He is also gonna need to affect Nature to kill her true self, which requires OP concept manip.

I checked his profile, I can't find anything which can damage her true form. I'm voting for Moonlight to win as a stomp. Then again, she can lock her true form in a dream the same way she did with the City of Wizards and fights him in her "moonlight" form. Which is intangible and has all her powers

I can unrestrict Kai's Time Blade as it make it a bit more fair

Timekeeper does not have AE Type 1 or Low-Godly if i remember correctly. She does have High-Godly Regen; History. Though.

He can counter a lot of moves simply throught reversing time. He can also de-age her (althought its prob useless), and can still burn her to death

I doubt Timekeeper will use her time-stop. She's very arrogant and plays pranks. She legit asks people if they'd like her to stop time Same with her Time Pocket.

Kai is also a bit cocky and often attacks with his In char moves without thinking (tho he has good BIQ)
