Well, in theory, even Rebirth Batman should 8-C+. Aokya FRA anyways.

On a side note, Akoya's 8-C+ rating comes from overpowering Imai who is 8-C+ scaling to Ohma who scales to being >1.6 tons of TNT, Batman is >1.7 Tons of TNT via scaling from enemies who can injure him or knock him out, who he can defeat.
