Respectively, it doesn't make sense. Like for example the gods created Reality and its concepts, Hell's society has been stated to be able to make infinite hells which is solid 2-A and even if it is a hypothetical statement (like it may never happen) I don't see what stops it from scaling the verse, after all it is WoG. I also found contradiction within yukari's profile (the statements made about "exaggerated range") Like even if it was purely range using the boundary of existence/non-existence on this scale would be an ap feat (for e.g "High 3-A/possibly low 2-C, possibly 2-B - 2-A via hax")
