This was talked about when the game came out but ended up in oblivion afterward. The universe-fusing feat is over time and thus inapplicable to be 2-B. That and the Low 2-C feat mentioned in the player's profile need evidence due to being pretty suspicious.

It wasn't over time tough. It never began.

The first time the worlds are connected it's with a weaker onyx book, and we have no knowledge on how long it took.

Prometheus planned to do it again, but he did not began doing it because he was toying with, then got his ass beat by the player.

Low 2-C is plain obvious tough. Kain says multiple times that he will first destroy, then recreate the world as he prefers it, and just so we understand that he is talking about the universe he tells Cell that other wolrds like his will be left untouched.
